Kissing Cows for Charity

This Valentine's Day, local business owners and other representatives from local organizations had a special date with some cows - including our very own Todd McCarthy!

Some lucky cows from the William H. Miner Agricultural Research Institute got a Valentine's Day kiss for a good cause, thanks to the United Way of the Adirondack Region Inc.

This partnership is a special event to celebrate & close out the 2022 fundraising year. It's tradition that if the organization brought in $5,000 in for important causes like childhood mental health, suicide prevention, and wellness services, eight lucky community members get to kiss a cow!

According to United Way President & CEO, John Bernardi, Valentine's Day was the perfect time to hold this cow kissin' event!
